The Placer Union High School District (PUHSD) Board of Trustees seeks a dynamic, experienced leader to serve as Superintendent. PUHSD is known for its strong academic foundation, diverse career technical education pathways, and vibrant extracurricular programs that support student success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills, foster innovation, and inspire both students and staff. This individual will be instrumental in advancing the district’s vision to ensure all students are prepared for college, careers, and life. Interested candidates must apply online via EdJoin by Monday, April 14 at noon.
The Placer Union High School District Board of Trustees has engaged the Placer County Office of Education (PCOE) to assist with a confidential search. Candidates who reach out directly to PUHSD School Board Trustees will be disqualified from the search. For more information, email cslattery@placercoe.org.
As part of that process, we are seeking input from families to help identify the qualities and priorities that are most important for this leadership role.
