REQUEST FOR BIDS
Placer Union High School District (“District”) is seeking bids from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide construction services for the Placer High School Teacher Collaboration Conversion (“Project”). Contractor’s License A and/or B is required. The Construction Estimate is $375,000.
Interested bidders are responsible for checking the website periodically for any updates, revisions, or Addenda. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at 10:00 A.M. on March 1 2024 at 275 Orange St, Auburn, CA 95603. Participants are required to sign in. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on March 19, 2024, at the District Office. Oral,
telegraphic, facsimile, or telephone Bid packets will not be accepted. Packets received after this date and time will not be accepted and returned unopened.

ON, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6, 2024.
Contractors of all tiers must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code, § 1725.5.
