A fast-flowing river winds through a lush, sun-drenched canyon with steep, tree-covered slopes.

 

 

Our high school communities are nestled in the Northern Sierra Foothills, east of Sacramento and adjacent to the confluence of the North & Middle forks of the iconic American River.

 

PUHSD is comprised of four comprehensive high school campuses, three Alternative Education schools, and a school for adults. While all of our sites are unique, each of them provides our students with a safe, healthy, and engaging learning environment.
