Two in-depth inventories.  The first one,  the Interest Profiler, (plus score report) evaluates your interest areas related to careers.  The second one, the Work Importance Locator, helps you evaluate what is important to you when you find a job.  For example: is it more important to you to have a job that is outdoors? or that gives you something new to do everyday? or where you get recognized for what you have accomplished? or where the work environment is calm? There are three parts to the second test that you will need to download.  The first one is the link above (Work Importance Locator) and the other two are here: work value cards, and work value sorting sheet
